3rd Mikan [Voice / Possible Action]
So, the moon is closing in... and it doesn't show any signs of stopping. Is that right?
[Her voice is particularly level. In fact, casual, save for that edge of defiance in it, and crosses her arms with a pause. She's looking up, right up at the thing.]
What an ugly mug. The malnosso plan on letting us die? I doubt they're that stupid. We're too valuable to them, for them to let us all get crushed into death penalities. After all, they have wars they want us to fight. Missions, assignments, or whatever the hell they want to call them.
... That said... If you guys manage, get away from the village. Especially the kids. There are young people here who are worth getting out of harm's way if it's possible... I suggest getting them masks that stop their panic. There are a shitload of 'em around to grab, so if you find one fitting, at least do that much. If you're afraid, get one for yourself. And keep surviving, if you can. Flee out of this place, if it's possible.
[Another pause, as smoke billows from her cigarette and mouth. She's resting on the edge of the fountain, seemingly relaxed.]
Me? I'll... be staying right here... Call it a foolish trait. But it's not something I'm letting get taken from me, not any time soon.
[flicks her cigarette, eyes locked on the sky.]
I'm not afraid.

[Voice]
Good for you. Really. It helps to see some level-headed people around here, in the midst of all the chaos.
Re: [Voice]
[Maybe it's because she's already dead, and the prospect of dying again doesn't scare her.]
[Voice]
I'm staying, too. I don't think it's going to matter where we are, and I'd rather be home than sitting in a tunnel.
Re: [Voice]
The name's Bellemere, by the way.

A-action?
In this moment, he sees himself in her, and can only honour her firm statements, her selflessness with silence... and perhaps a smile ghosting his lips just long enough for her to notice, if she were to look away from her journal and see him.
He too will not be seeking shelter with the others. He has his reasons, just as she must have her own.]
Action!!!
Ever find that waterfall, handsome?
[Teasingly, and the tone is light. But she gets that returned look he offered.]

Mn. [It's not much of one, but do we know Goemon to be frequently verbose? There is often no need to be.]

You're not going to spend the last day out in the wilderness, then? I imagine it's a little more relaxing than the village right now, anyway.

There are trees in the woods that rise above the level of the rooftops in this village. I will be going there soon; there is something I must do.

[can I get some of that possible action?]
Hi we met rightIf Bellemere's stepping back in the house anytime soon, Brook will be camping out on the couch, still under the weather thanks to his run in with Law and the Mask of the Red Death on the 26th.]
Ah... it's so dull and dreary just sitting around like this...
[Just talking to open air here, don't mind him.]
[Sure can! ACTION POWER!!]
Brook's not one of 'em. ~___~]
A possible end of the village and you're stranded sick on the couch. You have my condolences.
...
How are you sick if you're just bones, anyway?
[ACTION POWERS ACTIVAAAAATE]
[Sick and it's possibly the end of the world? What. No. He can't stand for that. Well actually - just the opposite! He should stand for that, and try a little harder to cheer people up in these hard times. So he'll do that now, very suddenly!]
Sick, you say! Perish the thought! I'm hardly ill at all.
[Just. Very nauseated. Standing up that fast was probably a bad idea, oops. Excuse his lunge for the bowl by the other side of the couch. >>]
[ACTION]
What were you saying, about not being ill?
[Siiigh. You strawhats aren't good at handling your sick days.]

[Thanks to a certain bunny hood, Smoker basically sounds like he's on Speed. You know, for Smoker.]
Re: [voice]
Might want to put that down on paper, Captain.
[Written]
Would you like any help while you stay?
Re: [Written]
Don't concern yourself; I'm all set for this day to end. Got a few bottles of something good to drink, a weird sky to stare at, the usual sort of thing for an apocalyptic moon.
[Written]
Company then?
